EU REACH SVHC-247 Statement
Dear Customers:
This statement concerns European Union regulation 1907/2006 of 18 December 2006, updated on January 21, 2025, REACH regulation on Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals and applies to all PPI Power, Inc. products.
Under REACH regulations we are considered a provider of "articles." All of our products are assemblies, not raw materials. Based on the reports from sampled suppliers, PPI Power, Inc. claims that none of our products intentionally releases substances to the environment and no exposure to humans or the environment during normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions of use including disposal. PPI Power, Inc. has not carried out any testing of the products to verify the statements made by our supplier. Also the products manufactured by PPI Power, Inc. do not contain any of the substances at a concentration exceeding 0.1% w/w of the SVHC candidate list (currently 247 substances).
Given those conditions our products are exempt from REACH pre-registration and later registration activities.
Our exempt status is based on our knowledge of materials used to manufacture our products, our understanding of REACH as given in guidance document, all SVHC lists published prior to January 21, 2025 and
